Today The 3% Conference is many things. Yes, it’s an annual gathering of the country’s most forward-thinking agency owners, CDs, creatives, recruiters, clients and trend-watchers who come together to problem-solve through a mixture of professional development, networking, and idea sharing. It is also a vibrant worldwide online community that continues this important dialogue daily via Facebook, Twitter, The 3% Blog and LinkedIn. And it’s a dedicated group of 3 Percenters who now comprise the steering committees that keep The 3% Conference moving forward and keep everything from landing on my very crowded desk.
